SDK Integration - Troubleshooting

I’m still stuck trying to get test ads to play. Help!

First, you should check to see if your question isn't already answered in the support center. If you require assistance at any step of the integration process, please do one of the following:

• Contact our support team at support@adcolony.com or create a support ticket.
• Contact your publisher representative or email publishers@adcolony.com with your issue.

Feel free to send us problematic code snippets, any relevant console logs, error logs, or screenshots to help expedite the support process.
 

I’m not sure how I should integrate AdColony in my application.

Contact your publisher representative or email publishers@adcolony.com for assistance on best practices and video ad placement recommendations. Our publisher account representatives are experts in how to properly implement AdColony to effectively provide additional revenue without compromising existing game economics and mechanics.

If you plan to reward users with virtual currency or in-game items, be sure to implement our V4VC™ product to ensure security and the ability to use necessary features such as daily caps per user. We can also help you make sure your usage provides great visibility and a tight integration into your application to produce a great user experience and great revenue.
 

Can you integrate AdColony into my application for me?

We do not generally offer to integrate the SDK in apps, nor do developers/publishers generally ask us to integrate the SDK into their source code. However, we do try to accommodate our clients to get their apps live and monetizing with AdColony. Contact us if assistance is needed, and we can determine the best steps for integration amongst our teams.
 

Can I integrate AdColony without registering online at clients.adcolony.com?

Yes, you can download and integrate the SDK and receive test ads for demo purposes. But you will not be able to receive live ads until you have generated your own App ID and Zone ID through the clients.adcolony.com dashboard.  You will need to register an account and create an application to generate the necessary App ID and Zone ID.
